Private Voice Studio

A graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and the Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, Ms. Hanson incorporates techniques learned from the late master teacher and her mentor, Dr. Oren L. Brown, to guide the singer's discovery of his/her own unique, authentic voice. Ms. Hanson's philosophy is rooted in the belief that all singers, regardless of style or genre, want to achieve the best sound with the least effort, while simultaneously preventing vocal fatigue and damage. The development of healthy, sustainable vocal technique is always emphasized. Voice students of all ages and all levels of proficiency, from the novice to the seasoned performer, are offered instruction and guidance in vocal technique, musicianship, and interpretation, giving each singer the tools needed to reach their individual goals.

How right-on she was about the simple things getting in my way made it even easier to put the tools into practice
